SHIPPING & RETURNS  POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Crumpled Potter. I take great care in processing and packaging each unique, handmade ceramic item to ensure its safe arrival. All items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48.

All orders are processed as quickly as possible and I aim to do this within a few days. However, after a shop update or at busy times like Christmas, orders may be delayed. If your item is urgent or for a special occasion, please get in touch and I will do my best to ensure your pot reaches you in good time. I will contact you via email or telephone if your delivery is significantly delayed. 

Rates & Delivery Estimates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the weight of your items. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.  You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

 

The tracking number should be active within 24-48 hours. If you wish to ship items overseas, please contact me directly, I do not currently offer this service at the check-out.

 

If you live locally and would like to collect your pots, please select the PICKUP option at checkout, I will be in touch with you via email to arrange a convenient time for collection.

Packaging

To ensure your ceramics arrive safely, I use secure, high-quality packaging materials. Each item is carefully wrapped and cushioned to prevent any movement within the box. Please reuse or recycle our packaging materials. 

Breakages and Returns

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact me immediately at info@crumpledpotter.com. Please provide detailed information and photographs of both the damaged item(s) and all original packaging materials (inner and outer boxes).  I will provide a replacement if available or a credit note.

 

Returns are accepted on a case by case basis so please consider carefully before purchasing an item. Returns are not accepted on pre-orders, seconds or made-to-order items. Any returned items are your responsibility until they reach me and I am unable to cover shipping costs for items returned.
