All products are carefully packaged and sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We aim to have all deliveries ready for posting within 3 working days. During busy times deliveries may be delayed, we will contact you if this is the case.

We make every attempt to package our pots so that they travel safely. That said, accidents happen and we will try to help in any way we can. Please send photos of damaged packaging and the item and we will send a replacement if available or a credit note.

The short answer is no. I create the collections and upload to the website approximately 4 times a year. If something that you like has sold out, please send me a message and I can let you know whether it will be in the next drop.

Crumpled Potter pottery is food safe and can be used in the microwave and dishwasher. It is worth noting that dishwasher tablets contain very strong and aggressive detergents that can affect the glaze finish overtime, I therefore highly recommend hand washing your hand-made pottery.
