This small but perfectly formed butter dish is perfect for the table or a great cheese board addition. Inspired by the french 'beurrier à eau' this butter dish keeps butter fresh and spreadable without the need to refrigerate.

My pots are made with stoneware clay and glazed with zinc-free glazes. They are microwave and dishwasher safe BUT I would strongly recommend hand washing to protect and prolong the life of your pottery. I also tend not to use any handmade pots in the microwave. Please bear in mind that these pots are individually made and no two will be exactly the same. From my hands to yours, with love.
